Add the test button to inbox to make it easier for testing purposes. That way we don't have to go to settings page every time while testing in inbox

Update filter component cannot see the total number of messages that have been sent to me or the number of messages sent by a specific customer. If i assigns a conversation to someone, he will not see it until he goes to the inbox section (No alert appears) .

WideBot's Platform really easy to use, even that I haven't technology base, Thank you all for this great effort. I just suggest to prioritise templates us per our users' interests analytics last month as I forwarded here. For ex. start with: Blank bot ➡️ E-Commerce ➡️ Restaurants ➡️ Appointment for real estate ➡️ Food Ordering ➡️ Healthcare... Thanks.

Add pre-sets of default trains/commonly used sentences per each intent within an industry.
